Finally got them done... had trouble figuring out what to do for the bases... decided on testing out the citadel texture - astrogranite... you need to use two coats (at least on a 40mm base) to build up texture. gave it a light drybrush of skullwhite mixed with model color neutral grey.
It looked a bit bland, grey troll + grey base, so added some flock. My first grey and flocked bases... not too bad looking.
I haven't named them each individually, but collectively they are the brothers grim.
It's been fun... now to either get on with gretchin/scavvy pikachu inspired necromunda gang, escher miniatures, classic metal necrons or start to undercoat my goblins? may get on with something later?
